I will be surprised if there is no criminal law to punish someone who instigates hate and violence. India should show the world that it's not wild wild west, it should show the world that there is law in this land and it prevails. India is a democracy with every citizen having equal rights. There are no previlages to anyone based on region, religion, language or ethnicity. If someone thinks or acts against these principals is an anti-national and should be prosecuted under criminal laws.
