Why Raj is doing this, Surely not because he cares for Mumbai. He wants to create some emotional appeal for Marathi and get some political millage. Y he is targeting UP/Bhiari, because they r poor and thats y an easy target, Gujjus and all might be providing Funds for his party so he cant dare to speak against them. But each section is important for society and u cant through one section out, How critical a sweeper is for society, u realize when he does not come for work for 3-4 days. Having said that, the government of UP/Bihar are equally responsible for this, they are not able to provide employment opportunities in there state and thats why many poor people have to go to other state and handle such humiliation.
