A guest should remain as a guest. He cannot assume that he is host at any given time however long the duration of stay.Likewise other state people who comes for seeking JOB and other facilities should always remain loyal to the land whereever they stay. When they want water, shelter, social support etc, this is the minimum loyallty that everyone ( whoever is having common sense) should exercise.Otherwise the original habitats of the state will show what is right for the guest and what is wrong with force.If they allow this to happen without realising the mistake the entire community will face civil war.
