Well here the question is not whether nonmaharashtrians shud stay here or shud they leave...the question here is are we so falen in shit to create such divisions??...Well there is mistakes from both sides...UP and Bihar constitutes maximum number of seats in pearliament(i.e.maximum represented)the spending on both the states by the centre is maximum but still the states are in SHIT!!! why is that because the politics there is such that no body wud like to live there you can easily judge from the progress of INDIA the states from Maharashtra,Gujurat and the southern states are the driving force of INDIA these are the places where actually work happens but in states like UP,Bihar,Chattisgargh,MP though being given maximum funds and all schemes direct at them they are not improving just bcoz they have useless leaders like Mulayam(Who only likes to fight against Mayawati)Mayawati(Who only wants the Dalit to prosper)Laloo(Who is busy nuturing his dream to be PM)Nitish(Who is busy with the fight against Laalo) so we cant blame them at the same time dont forget that the development in the central and south states are equally due to the collective hardwork of the people frm these states as well. So instead of fighting ovr the regionalism why dont we punish those states who have not shown any economic progress even with maximum grants. We shud develop a rating system and reward the states who are performing well and pull the states who are defaulting on it.
