If UPis and Biharis have migrated it's because the conditions in their homestate are pathetic. So the more hard working types, more entrepreneurial types have moved elsewhere. If the migrating ones have prospered, it's precisely because of their work ethics. Just like Indians made good in USA (& elsewhere). And if you are enjoying their cheap labour, there is nothing to complain. They are not using resources, they are there to provide services at prices noone else is. We are all Indians and can move freely and settle anywhere in India. It does speak volumes for inhuman conditions in UP and Bihar actually.
