Look at our UP/Bihar. They are fantastic states. We have plenty of water, wonderful road network. Crime- just don't think about it. You will be in jail for castism. Our law and order system is the world best. Our politicians are honest than any other politician from India. Our election always happen in fear-free atmosphere. Our states are flooding with industries. So lets make Patna - bizness capital of india. Let marathis come here and settle here. We won't oppose them
