RE:hold referendum on extending LTTE ban

If a referendum is held in Gujarat on whether Gujarat should be a Hindu state or secular state, the result may show that majority would prefer Gujarat to be a non secular Hindu state. Now what mister Thol TirummmaValvan will say about that?
