In SL, people like Ponnambalam, etc, worked with Sinhala to gain independence. Unfortunately, after independence, my people disenfranchised a lot of tamils and brought in discriminatory measures against them. hopefully this war will be over but i fear that discrimination of my tamil brothers will continue.
I am sinhala but believe in equal rights for everyone.
