If it was Tamil then the inscription should have been in Tamil, but it is in Sinhalese. Tamils are the enemies of Buddhists. Tamils continue to attack Buddhists and Buddhist places of worship in Sri Lanka, the latest is the bus bombing killing more than 20 Buddhist pilgrims.
