Let the Indian constitution be the Federal constituion for the states of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Srilanka, Maldivies!

Make military be the central responsibility of India.

Move towards 2020 with
UNITED STATES OF INDIA comprising
INDIA
Pakistan
Bangladesh
Nepal
Bhutan
Srilanka
Maldivies.
