ABC XYZ, you didn't under stand. If you want,tomorrow you can migrate to nagaland and can do a job over there. The problem starts when you go along with your own 100 people, starts sharing local jobs, starts celebrating your culture/ your ceremonies. Yes, you have a full right to do this. But this is something a himan tendancy. All the southies in Delhi are called as Madrasis. Southies in north won't get a fair treatment. I have experienced this.
