Mumbai is Mumbai because whole cream of India lives here all people are best in whatever they are. things you mention is like because thats your poor sense of perception, you only have seen the challenged class and not the developed class we are we also contribute in nations development.And yes you dont have any right to speak like this you may be whatever . no work is small or big it is the way you do it. Every one has right to celebrate festivals of India and personal enjoyment.
