Dear Mr. Narayan, I only wish you could have exercised some degree of restraint before making such an authoritative and irrelevent statement against the entire Bihari community on the basis of this unfortunate incident.As a hard core Bihari and a management professional, I am really taken aback and very ashamed of what has happened.But at the same time, I am not going to be biased or pessimistic against Biharis.
