One can imagine the situation in the State called Bihar. The students didnt attended a single lecture and want to cheat to pass the tests. How can they be lawers, they are actully criminals. What kind of law you cant expect from them. No wonder Bihar is still in stone age and its pushing the rest of the country to stone age when these criminal elements move to other states.
