Do you know how many people from UP Bihar alone get into premier institutes...Tell you why.... Because all the quota, and then corruption leaves so little room for error even in stste exams ....that those who selected by fair means are perhaps the best the country can get....
As far as south india is concerned, there are more private institues than elementary schools.....
Look at the pathetic students you produce which is much more than in the whole country put together.....and it is no secret at all
