A company prospers not only because of the managerial skills but also because of the sweat of the labourars. Today Mumbai is no longer looked upon as an important financial city and has hardly anything to boast for. Pune is outpacing Mumbai. The non-marathis in Mumbai has only added to the crime and congestion rather than doing any good. Marathis are increasingly coming in the share market and entrepreneurships. If this non-marathi dirt is cleansed of Mumbai will again become peaceful and beautiful. To attribute the prosperity in Mumbai to only non-marathis is indication of sick psyche.
