As if cheating is a news and it happens only in Bihar. The great cheaters like Kaavya Viswanathan (whose debut novel, How Opal Mehta Got Kissed, Got Wild and Got a Life, was found to have been plagiarized from multiple sources) are not Bihari. The truth is that the use of "unfair means" can be easily seen all over World. A national survey by Rutgers' Management Education Center of 4,500 American high school students found that 75 percent of them engage in serious cheating. More than half have plagiarized work they found on the Internet. Perhaps most disturbing, many of them don't see anything wrong with cheating: Some 50 percent of those responding to the survey said they don't think copying questions and answers from a test is even cheating. Bihar is not much different from America as far as cheating is concerned.
