ahem.. u just said "That guy rules india and there is no exam in india whose paper he has not leaked." !!!!!! then hw come evryone is saying tht cheating happens only in bihar!!!! i mean u also sayin the same thing.. right?? ;-) tht its a prob in india.. nt only in bihar.. :-) mission accomplished.. ;-)
