Moral has been deteriorated in ages due to the Leaders who do not have moral get elected, they spoil the system from root, and the slow poisioning is to such an extent that one does feel ashamed to cheat in examination. Need strict control on this unless quality of candidates will get totaly lost. Rule will be of gangsters and gundas will teach moral and form new rules.
