Bhihar too has great history. It is just that the quality has reduced overs the years and the students think might is right. When Dr.Ambedkar said reservation it was not lifetime but now Dalits/OBC think its their fundamental right. Politicans use for their own benefit. Unless education is based on merit only irrespective of caste/religion nothing works. Remove all reservation. Give backward the help to study but no jobs directly. Prove and take the job should be the policy.
