Cheating Happens Everywhere!

As if cheating is a news and it happens only in Bihar. The great cheaters like Kaavya Viswanathan (whose debut novel, How Opal Mehta Got Kissed, Got Wild and Got a Life, was found to have been plagiarized from multiple sources) are not Bihari. The truth is that the use of "unfair means" can be easily seen all over the world. A national survey by Rutgers' Management Education Center of 4,500 American high school students found that 75 percent of them engage in serious cheating.
