The criminal activities in bihar is well known. You can expect the criminals and murderers occupying ministerial berth in bihar. Now this news of students demanding their rights(!!), is not a surprising one. And more than that some biharis are in this forum , justifying those things, and even some one went to an extent telling that he is ashamed to tell as indian and not a biharian. This shows typical mentallity of biharian. Anyway let biharian think why they are moving as labours to mumbai or some other parts of india, and no body from other parts of india are moving to bihar.
