he should be given money by secularists so that he can pay it to the cops so that they can allow him to escape to pak/china/nepal/uk/canada/australia or whatever country of his choice, then we should issue interpol warrant. when interpol catches him we should not present our case rather mess it up so he will be released then he will come back with lots of rdx we should allow him to blow up places where lots of criminals stay
