It is Goondacracy not Democracy. It is a foolish person dreaming unreal. Reality is, there is NO law and order for a common man. Forget Democracy flourishing.
Simple example. Our land in a full fledged city was encroached and when we went to see the land, the guilty who encroached the land put a case on my uncle that he had threatened him on life. The case went on for 2 years. The case was squased by the judge when the guilty did not attend the sermons. The guilty has now put a case on the Judge stating that he did attend the sermons and judge had falsely squashed the case for non attendence. This will go on for another 2 years. The case we put about land encroachment is yet to start.. The whole judicial process may take a decades or more. Already 80,000 to the lawyer is spent.
Judiciary is a useless thing for common man and easily exploited by Goons. Instead of improving the judicial processes, everybody concerned seem to be busy in their self intrests.
Either one should become a Goon or loose their property to the Goons. Imagine what the poor and uneducated people go thru, when we the educated ourself are so powerless, with judiciary so ineffective and Politicians & Goons expoliting and plundering.
