With due to respect to the constitution of my country I want to emphasize certain things. 1. After 62 years we are so happy with the chaos & mess but we do not understand what we should have achieved all this in the first 25 to 30 years. In 62 years there should have been only 5 to 10% poverty, 100% literacy and every Indian should have had a roof over their heads. 2. The only freedom that we have is to talk which is seen early morning near the tea stalls in all the parts of the country where people meet, read newspapers and pass comments. Many of the ministers & bureaucrats should roam around like the kings used to do as civilians to listen to public opinion. After sunrise if one speaks, then he is thrashed. 3. What we are talking of equality cannot be understood. Even among the highly educated the caste, region, mother tongue questioning has never stopped. 4. Justice imparted is highly questionable from the point of kal chakra or time. The longest fought case of the world is from Pune in India which took so many decades that the present generation does not know about the cause of action involved in that case but the judgment was declared. 5. 'We the people' has lost significance because the present rulers of state and union of India feel that government means their own personal property. 6. Scientific temper means propagate blind beliefs and if anybody with scientific temper wants to bring down these blind beliefs attack him/her and the state keeps quiet.
