I dont understand why you are critizing every thing we are not theoritical people.When a begger is begging on a red light do you think he is happy? Do you think we or our country do not have any responsibility towards him? Will the same thing happen in a country like Singapore? Does that child do not deserve a home basic education good Hygnic food? Is he paying the price for being born in India instead of some country like in Europe. Dear sir we should wake up and understand the need of our country and do our bid in improving the situation of this country.
