Advaita means a very inclusive concept. In breif "aham Brahmasmi" means that "I am Brahma".It means there is no ditinction between jeevatma & paramatma. Both are one and the same. (It reminds David Attenbrough saying in one of his features that everything you posses, the gold, the money in your bank all are remenants of a star).
According to Shankara, Brahma is nirguna nirakaara( formless, attributeless).
And there are other Advaitis like Shivadvaitis and Shivalinga which the Anti-Hindu use to defame Hinduism represents that form less Eshwara. And the same reason for which Brahma does'nt find any temples in Hinduism because he is formless.
It does not call for a one god concept. So many people call AdiShankara as "crypto Buddha", esecially Hindus from other schools.
