I wonder why didn't India pass a domestic law which allowed it to buy Uranium from anyone, irrespective of NSG clearance?... :-)
I'll tell you why. Coz Indian domestic laws amount to a big fat ZERO. It's the US domestic law which will rule.
Irrespective of whatever amount of shouting you do on this forum... :-)
