in what capacity did the bhutto-zardaris and gandhis go there? i doubt they would have spent for their trip. the respective govts. should be footing the bills - in other words tax payers money. neither the gandhis nor the bhutto-zardaris are ruling directly (read they are not prime ministers or presidents of their countries). then what are they doing there?
