The land was requested by the Jammu and Kashmir government appointed Shri Amarnath Shrine Board and was alloted and indeed transferred to the board after all legal and statutory procedures had been completed. And you don't see any thing troublesome in the sudden cancellation of the allotment. Having been a "Yatri three times" you should at least be aware that it is not for the Yatris are not in a position to request/demand land or other facilities but it the responsibility of the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board to ensure the provision of necessary facilities. Incidentally do you know what happens to the income from the shrine? One presumes that You a "three time yatri" especially when yatra are so limited went there as a pilgrim and not as a tourist (ie you did make an offering at the shrine).
