Why do you say that Modi is communal. Modi has never given any priority for development on the basis of minority and majority, whereas , so called secular parties are always bent upon appeasing the minorities and follow the British policy of divide and rule.During the last 4 years of misrule of the UPA governemnt, they have further divided our country on the communal and cast basis.Look at what is going on in the state of J&K.
