Then the small one. It was being done by state electricity board. Since inception, the consultant gave negative feedback in feasibility study. But board people are putting in money in the well and taking it out for their own welfare. it was budgeted to be 35 crore project. Already 200 Cr gone. I am with-holding the name of my state deliberately. some personal reasons.
