GUJARAT WAS VOTED THE BEST GOVERENED STATE IN INDIA FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS...

KESHUBAHI PATEL SCREWED UP A LOT...MOST OF THE BUSINESS INVESTMENTS HAD GONE TO SOUTH CAUSE OF VERY POOR GOVERNANCE...
