Looks like the japs have still not come out of the trauma of 45 bombings. They still cannt see India is not like other nations when it comes to nuclear assets. Whether India signs NPT or not credibility of India is just impeccable. How sure are japs of other NPT nations are not selling nuclear technologies? How did pak get nuclear arms?? Japs will be better off finding this and plugging those culprit NPT nations.
