We are seeing how the barbed wire fence has been broken & cut in different places to allow the militants to come into the country. Can the govt. think of electification of the wire so that the militants will be killed on contact with the wire. There may be a few innocents who may also get trapped but then why would innocents go near the border fence anyways. In these days of high technology, we need to innovative ways to beat the terrorists. Alternative to the electric wiring, we could possibly think of a invisible laser curtain beamed from the satellites focussed along the barbed wire fence so as to incenerate anybody trying to cross it.
