The news item is rather strange. The man offering view is Director General of BSF not any Intelligence Agency chief. BSF is only a security group combating attacks not conducting investigations or collecting intelligence information. How and why he is commenting on such sensitive issue is not clear. Secondly, infiltration of terrorists is a daily routine for Pakistan - they just don't wait for some auspicious time, nor is the Kashmir sole route of infiltration.
