Sometimes its hard to understand the Supreme Court verdicts. Though its the highest justice awarding institution in the country, people who are running it at the end of the day are mostly Hindus or other associated communities. So they easily offer judgements against people like Karunanidhi and do not come strongly against those who persecute the minorities in India.
