The parents, with doctor's opinion should have a right to take a decision about the foetus instead of the child suffering a short miserable and painful life. This is contrary to evolution as well as insane for a healthy society. Politicians, who keep illicit relations and whose children are handicapped even as grown ups make laws for this country. Sick in every sense of law and legislature.
