“as per the rate of procreation of livestock, they can overrun the whole planet within a few years with no vegetation left to eat for them”. That is simply not true. If you leave it to nature, it will use its own mechanism to keep a balance between every thing. It is human only who is disturbing the balance between different species by breeding countless number of chickens, cows, pigs etc and then killing them for food.
