Such judgements are okay to be passed when the state/country takes responsibility for the medical condition of the child as in countries like UK where there is free treatment on National Health Service.
In Mehta's case who should take the responsibility of the things which are going to go wrong when the child is born ?
The Judiciary is nothing but the arm-chair critics burping / farting all the way to corruption....
