Abortion, the term seems to be very much pronounced for killing of any foetus, but it does not mean that, for any strong and firm reason, the Abortion is legalised, whether in case of any rape victim/uncertaintity in pregnancy/if both the parents are unaware of knowledge of pregnancy etc.But this case the matter is somehow looks different and the Hon'ble Court has set aside the reason, which mourns the parents, further the Abortion now-a-days is a best weapon for the unmarried youngsters which is a problem for any individual to believe the real aspect if any one faced like this particular aspect. So, for my opinion, this should not be used as vulernable method which the youngster follows.
