such tragic incidents do happen during Haj also despite the best of arrangements and countless amount of money spent by Saudi government. But here the point is whether adequate safety measures were in place or not and what should be done so that such tragic incidents are not repeated. Safety and comfort of devotees must be given the top priority by the management of every religious place, be it Hindu or Muslim.
