We have trouble with Khalistanis, LTTE and the ULFA/Naga/Mizo and sundry terrorists along with Maoists in 40% of rural India. Some terrorists exploding a few bombs in big cities is nothing compared to the pain caused by above.
We have a problem in our country - and that is very poorly educated and equipped police force. Those who have seen how Arushi murder case led to framing of an innocent man helps understand caliber of guys protecting us. Yes - Jehadis are a problem but that is only say 20% of our overall problem.
