I look at the Nuclear deal as a small stepping stone to acquire access to high end technology. This is an absolutely essential for making India 's presence in the world map. I have high regards for our esteemed PM Manmohan Singh who has real vision for the country. Remember no free lunches. Even this deal may have some strings attached. Are we cowards? We need to take risk to gain something, may be substantially in the long run. Only time will tell.
