Is India is out of nuclear apartheid?

Its a good sign that the most awaited Indo-Us nuclear bill is on its way to be implemented. The 35 member IAEA board of governors cleared India's
specific safeguard agreement on 1st Aug.2008.Now every Indian has an eye on the verdict of 45 member Nuclear Suppliers Group(NSG).According to the commitment India will put a total of 14 reactors under IAEA safeguard under 66 type agreement which is applicable to all reactors by 2014 as six of them are already under IAEA supervision. No doubt it will good for our energy security and this is most urgent requirement to be fulfilled.
