Bring them to the mainstream? Sorry dear brothers, our 'secular' govts. are trying their best to keep them at a distance by providing grants and other possible funds to madrassas, paying the salaries and pensions of mullas who 'teach' there, etc. etc. And the young muslim children are filled with 'informations', which somehow makes them party to all anti-national deeds.
