I am glad that you are a practical person. Before you talk about such mega project, please look around your city. You can see large number of Dargah (grave being worshipped), temples etc which are bang on the road or footpath i.e. encroaching public property. Start a movement to demolish them. They hamper our day to day functioning and progress.
