Well the extra money saved can be utilised in poverty eradication schemes rather than wasting the money uselsessly , in any way only about 300 ft is going to be distructed in the sapn of say 30 kilometers.

Those who are againist the sethusamudram project and tell puranas are rich Indians , they have no empathy for the poor Indians and they donn have interest in the upliftmnet and education of the massesThey also live a grand and luxurious life by enraging the pations of people by invoking religion.

These are the same people who sapported the Nepal royal king and talked againist the democracy of that nation.These are the same people who sapported crimees against humanity by advocating untouchability. These are the same people who sapported crimes againist women by sapporting the culture of Devadasis or temple prostitutes.
