The time 9/11 US goverment imposed anti- terrorist law. What we did after attack on our parliament. The terroist is still not hanged. Lets accept the fact we are soft on terrorist as most of them are from a particular community or caste and our political party donot want to lose vote from this community. Let me tell you a story. When Godra riots happened even in public we use to condemn the act but in private we all use to support it. Same thing is with people of other religon after every terrorist attack in public they say against such act but in private they support it.
