I still believe Chandra Swami had involvement in the conspiracy of Rajiv's assassination. He had international links and connection with LTTE and weapon suppliers. Also, he was not in good terms with Rajiv. Chandra Swami helped LTTE getting weapons (there was news about LTTE getting weapons just after the assassination of Rajiv) and as a reward, LTTE eliminated Rajiv. I had sent a mail in this regard to Sonia Gandhi around 10 years back and there was a similar kind of enquiry just after that. What is the outcome of that enquiry? Where is Chandra Swami these days?
